On exposed granite, in direct line of sight of Mount Kosciuszko, it’s no wonder this riesling retains bonechilling acidity of champagne proportions. Just as well it’s perfectly balanced by medium sweetness, delightfully poised lemon and lime blossom and crabapple fruit. Stunning.
