It’s desperately pure and fresh more than a year after harvest, with breathtaking fragrance of lemon blossom, kaffir lime and granny smith apple. The palate is backward and primary, a vector of pure lemon of relentless freshness and seamless line. Profound chalk mineral texture speaks of the personality of its soils.
