Showcasing six of the top-performing houses in the guide, Billecart-Salmon, Bollinger, Charles Heidsieck, Deutz, Pierre Gimonnet and Louis Roederer, we will share exemplars of the very best of every champagne style, including a 100 point prestige cuvée and benchmark vintage, blanc de noirs, blanc de blancs, rosé and non-vintage.
All paired with six course menus created by five top chefs around the country!
